Our chef presents a tasting menu celebrating the flavours of Puglia’s rural tradition through seasonal ingredients, local produce and carefully selected raw materials. The menu changes according to the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of fresh ingredients, offering a different, genuine experience each time.

The experience includes a welcome entrée, a starter, a first course, a main course and a dessert, each paired with a selected wine from our own cellar. Every pairing is carefully designed to enhance the aromas, textures and distinctive character of each dish.
