Created by Cosimo Carriero, “Il Coccio” brings the true essence of Salento to the table: authentic flavours, vibrant colours, and aromas that reflect a fertile and tireless land. Fresh vegetables arrive daily from the garden, accompanied by selected meats and local seafood. Extra virgin olive oil enriches every dish, while durum and soft wheat flours are used to craft handmade pasta, warm bread, and traditional desserts.
To complete the experience, a glass of the family’s own wine — the natural companion born from authenticity and memory.
